I have seen it from the inside out -- my visions through it have included concentric circles of light and color, lots of violet and cobalt / indigo. I have also had experiences of seeing entire scenes play out in my mind's eye. Many times as I close my eyes and am ready to fall asleep, I will see an incredible image that looks like millions of stars in an octagonal geometric pattern moving in and out of a zoom type focus. If you ever saw the Tool CD cover for 10,000 Days, they see this image and portray it as millions of eyes in the pattern. Very cool.

In reality I think that corresponds to the medulla oblongata that connects the left and right brains. Using the whole brain is the new mind shift they have been talking about for fifty years now. It seems to be happening to more and more people. I'm looking for the affects and information so I see it all over the web in different words and described in various ways.

Yeah, saw it with a mirror once. It's brown and looks like a star.

I have seen through it many times, but never seen it itself.
