Here's one of my favorite ways to fix deviled eggs.
Savory deviled eggs
12- hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/2 c. light mayonnaise (or regular mayonnaise)
1 tbsp. honey mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. large pimiento-stuffed olives (about 8), chopped
parsley for garnish
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and spoon yolks into a bowl. Reserve whites. Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, honey mustard and black pepper.
2. Reserve 1 tbsp. of the chopped olives. Fold remaining chopped olives into yolk mixture.
3. Fill whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle reserved chopped olives over the tops of the eggs. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Variation: Prepare filling, omitting olives. Instead, stir in 4 strips cooked, crumbled bacon and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese.

This recipe will make a dozen deviled eggs.
In a bowl, combine boiled egg yolks, 1/4 cup mayonaise, one teaspoon of yellow mustard (won't be spicy, I promise) and a 1/4 tsp. of paprika. Salt and pepper to taste, fill your whites, refridgerate for at least an hour or until chilled through and enjoy.

This is a very basic, but flawless family recipe that comes out great! You can change it up with the suggestions ar the end. Basically, there in no yellow liquid mustard to these and they have wonderful flavor but don't taste like mustard!
STUFFED EGGS
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Remove yolks and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon back into egg whites. Sprinkle with dill.
can also add crumbled bacon, chopped olives, minced pickle or grated cheese

I always get a good reception with these and they are sooooo simple. HB eggs, halve longways and remove yolk then add mayonaise and yellow mustard, salt and pepper and a dash of paprika and mash it up into a paste (all of this is to taste so less is more then add more as needed/ wanted). With a pastry bag you can pipe the yolk back into the white or I usually just spoon it back in. Garnish with sliced olives and/ or sliced pimento. This is the genuine old school recipie! Hope you enjoy!

Ok first to boil the eggs
place eggs in a pot cover with cold water bring to a boil. turn off burner but leave the pot on the burner and cover with a lid. set timer for 15 minutes. They will be perfectly done.
take shells off and cut in half. scoop out the yolk put them in a bowl. Add mayo, honey mustard and sweet relish and salt. mix up and put back in the eggs where the yolks were. sprinkle with sweet paprika. Voila pretty easy stuff

Very intently. Your objective is to diminish the egg on the yolk's equator, or fairly above, to the hat area (the genuine) will also have a superb hollow area. To get the yolks placed genuine (as on the edge of the genuine of the egg as achievable), invert the eggs of their carton in one day formerly boiling them. make constructive each and every of the smaller ends of the eggs are pointed down for a pair hours, a minimum of. Then slowly dip them into the boiling water in that place. they'll scatter approximately in different positions, even though it won't count. as quickly as boiled, the yolks would be set close to the right center of the eggs.
