I go for chocolate - anything chocolate.
Then I would sit back and see what the basic issues of the relationship are. Can they be fixed? Is he willing to work on them with me to fix them? If not, my heart will have to accept that it is over.

sometimes your heart can't be trusted because it doesn't know all the facts.... So even though it won't give up sometimes you just have to walk away...So look at the facts of the relationship...Is it worth it? Do you honestly see it ever getting better? is other person willing to work on it? or even admit there is a problem? I wish you all the luck in the world.. All relationships have problems some are just a lot bigger than others...Some things are worth fighting for...For some, the price is just way to high. So, If you want to walk away get involved with something to keep you busy. Church...Volunteering somewhere... go out with friends...watch movies..Listen to the radio..take walks ..go to the gym...go on vacation.. hope I helped

I just deal with whatever it is that's making me feel like i want to give up on everything and take it day by day. I just tell myself that I have to still live my life and keep going, i try not to let anything hold me back from doing what i need to do.

wow....this question it goes with me..
on my situation my bf was mad at me...he haven't call me for a while now...i can't blame him cz i am in fault...i didn't keep my promise...about a wk now i gave up on him already i decide to end the relationship cz his refusing to talked to me..but i guess he didn't want to break up he reply and told me he just waiting for right timing...i told him thats fine he could talked to me when his ready and i'm just here for him....but up to now he haven't call me yet...but that oky...i will leave my door open for him....like i mention it was my fault...so i need to take the consequences...
i just need to be strong cz i know that one of this day everything will be okay....I JUST NEED TO BELIEVED IN MYSELF!!
