i made pie crust and it came out soggy like pancake mix did i do it right ?

i have it in the refigerator

No it doesn't sound like it. If you must save it, dump it into another baking dish. Remove the soggy crust. Mix up some melted butter, brown sugar, oatmeal, flour,and cinnamon and chopped nuts if you like. Sprinkle on top of the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Until the top looks golden and crunchy.
This is apple crisp or apple crumble.

1. throw out the soggy crust in the fridge
2. make a crustless pie by putting apple mixture in a lightly greased pie pan
3. if apples are still raw, cover lightly wifh foil and bake 2/3 of time
4. top with mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, white sugar, flour, butter
5. return to oven, uncovered, til top is nice & bubbly brown

You've added too much water, and sorry to say, you might have to start from scratch. Make sure your ingredients are really cold, and only add water a tablespoon at a time.

nope, you put too much water in it. Take it out of the fridge, and work more flour into it.

noo. crust should be like dry like dough. not like any type of batter at all
