getting the title for my car?

i recently bought a car in arlington, tx. i need the title, but it will take quite a while to receive it, so i'm trying to get a copy. where and who do i contact to get a copy of the car title in arlington, tx? thanks in advance!

the lien holder--oh yeah- and you have to pay for it first

If you financed it you will not get a copy of the title until it is paid off, the financing company holds it.
