"can anyone help me with a diagnoses?" -- You can't be diagnosed online or by some one other than an NP, MD or PA. Diagnosis is singular, diagnoses is plural. And if making a medical diagnosis is outside my scope of practice then it is certainly lightyears beyond what laypeople can do. Although certain types of anemia can cause your symptoms, they are by no means the only explanation, the only cause. "and i had a blood test in October and my white blood cell count was really low, then i had another blood test a few weeks after that and my count was [barely] average." -- I would like to have seen the results of both lab tests. "Labs" mean something to me. And you mentioned that "i was bruising more then usual and i started to bleed all the time" and "i've been getting stuff like nose bleeds" and "I have bone pains all over, sometimes i get abdominal pains". What have your platelet counts been like? What have the rest of your CBCs looked like and I mean aside from the WBC counts? Have you ever had a protime (PT, prothrombin time)? Or a PT/INR? Does any of this look at all familiar to you? There are other blood tests I don't see mentioned that could have been ordered. "i've been to the doctor and they diagnosed me with Mono in august, but i went to the doctor today and they said the test was negative, why could i still be getting worse?" -- On what was the original diagnosis of mono based? Certainly, it couldn't have been your symptoms. Did you have a monospot blood test in August? Have you been seeing the same primary care physician each time?? You say "the doctor" and then "they". The only one you deal with who matters is the doctor who examines and treats you. There's no "they" saying or diagnosing. There's a him or a her and that's it. I don't know what your age is, but I suggest that either you or your mother go back to your primary (or do it by phone call) and request a referral to Oncology. Don't let "Oncology" scare you. Most oncologists are also hematologists so the blood issue can be handled by one individual -- the oncologist. It may turn out that an oncologist will wish to perform a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy. This isn't a guess or prediction, just a possibility based on what I've read here. "Of course i talked to my mom about it who had a blood problem when she was a kid, but we kind of brushed it off." -- This is interesting and shouldn't be brushed aside. Whatever the "blood problem" is, your mom may be able to contribute her help. She should recall whatever she can about it, particularly anything concerning what the "problem" was/is and how old she was when it manifested. Start with an oncologist, okay?

You're wasting your money on these docs. Get another one---maybe someone recommended by a friend.
