Avoid fad diets first of all. They are a bunch of crap. It's gonna take time, but do calorie control and really watch what you eat. Limit sugars and fats and go to the gym. It is much easier when you have a buddy to do activities with. And don't take pills that tell you they melt the fat away. They don't. My husband tried them and they do not work at all. I'm not a dietician however, so check with one or your doctor before you start anything. Good luck.

1. Exersize, 10-20min a day
2. Drink water on a regular basis, exspecialy before and after bed
3. Avoid most fast-foods, they put chemicals in thier foods to make you addicted and gain weight. You should eat foods that decompose easily in your stomach, so that means avoiding McD's fries too. You can test its ability to digest by putting it in a glass jar.... and... just let it sit for a day or two.
This has to do with how fast it goes through you, and the better digested it is, the less wheight you gain from it.
4. (back to 1) it doesnt matter how much you lift, just how repeatus you go at it. You should find dumbells that are somewhat hard to lift, and lift them about 15 times, if you can do more than that easily, get heavyer wheights. Not only dumbells, but push-ups, pull-ups, sitt-ups, and all that other good stuff. =D

Exercises for at least 3 hours a day...I know people who have takin diet pills and they have kept the weight off for More than 2 years..so listen to the people who say they don't work...because if you use them correctly they do. On the market good ones are Alli, Dextatrim max, Hoodia sure gel, Natures power, and Trim spa.
But along with pills you need a strict diet and plenty of exercises. Drink 10 8oz glasses of waters a day...celery is a good appetite suppressant. Green tea speeds up your metabolism..drink 7 8 oz glasses of green tea...especially in the morning because they speed up your metabolism before they day even starts...cut out all breads and sugary drinks...remember white food is usually full of fat and sugar. Eat fruits and veggies and LEAN meat. Grilled chicken and turkey work best.

well jeff d is about right but you should eat only foods that are veggies and nothing white... salads and non-fatty meats only 8 oz. at a meal ... weight watchers advocates you eat your way to good health and weight loss.. .. if you try to crash diet you can really get into bad health problems .. .. usually fast weight loss is not the answer to keep-it-off but you can lose if you really want to cut back on the bad foods and eat sensibly ..........

you need to be phisically active for one hour a day, at the least. Being active isn't hard. it could be swimming, biking, jogging or even walking. You also need to eat healthy foods. Stay away from pre cooked meals. Eat at least 1 seerving of fruit and 1 serving of vegitables away.

Liposuction. Or don't eat anything at all. Your body fat will keep you alive so you don't need to eat. Just drink water, and excercise while eating nothing. If you are hungry it doesn't matter becuase your body will feed on that extra weight it stored.
