hot dogs... and some corn bread... it'll fill you up and has vitamin b-12, carbs and potassium, protein too. it's also packed with fiber... if you want you can add corn to this mixture also.
drink it with a tall, cold glass of iced tea.
this was one of my fav. things growing up.. it was fast.. simple and went good with anything.

I put brown sugar and honey and mustard in them and bake with bacon crumbled on top. I buy the homestyle or country style. Until I read that your are 17 I would have also suggested some Jack Daniels as well.

I add a little chopped onion and/or green pepper first.
You can cut up a weiner or some ham with it too.
Chopped celery would work too, & grated cheese on top.

Just heat them and eat them. You can saute some garlic and onion and add it, and/or some ham or sliced sausage.
