RadioDaddy is a unique service for exchanging free voiceovers over the internet for radio stations, television, podcasters, movies and more
1. You need a voiceover so you come to RadioDaddy.com and post your request. Be sure to read the guidelines first.
2. A Radio Daddy member (often a Voice Professional!) records your voiceover and uploads it to RadioDaddy.
3. You come back and download your voiceover (remember to "rep" the talent) and voila - new voice on your station!
There is none. It's just that simple! Voiceovers are absolutely free and all we ask is that you say thanks and do some voiceovers for other members.

I'm no sure how you arbitrarily write a jingle when you haven't been hired to do it for a specific product and service.
Jingles are custom written by advertising agencies for their clients when they need them. There is no "pool" of submitted jingles that clients go to when they need them. Now that's not to say that you can't get into the field. Advertising agencies come in all shapes and sizes and if you find a small one you may be able to get a job as a freelance jingle writer. A bigger agency may want you to work only for them.
