no the whole concept is God offers infinite love and man keeps rejecting it. Yet God out of His love attempts again and again to get His creation to love Him rather than reject Him.

Some religions who claim to be christian may teach this doctrine, however, this 'God dishonoring' doctrine is not taught by all Christians. What kind of a just, loving God would
torment an imperfect human for eternity for mistakes made for just a few years?

When God created Adam and put him in the Garden of Eden, he gave him one law, "Don't eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and bad." He told Adam that if he chose to disobey, the punishment would be death, not eternal torment (Genesis 2:16,17).

If you read the Bible, you can see that justice is one of God's main attributes, this hellfire doctrine doesn't fit with the rest of the Bible teachings.

For a detailed explanation about hellfire from the Bible, read the following article:

That an inaccurate image. Most people will not suffer forever. In fact, very few will. Only those who rebel against God to His face will suffer that. Also, a person must choose that path. Nobody can force a man to heaven or hell. He chooses on His own when He knows what He's doing.

To be frank in (I hope) a kind way...I think you might have a few misunderstandings about Christianity.

I comprehend why you experience that way. some human beings shouldn't additionally be allowed to call themselves Christians by using fact all they're doing is giving God a bad call! i'm deeply ashamed of a few so called Christians' behaviour! sure, you're suitable, wars have been fought and human beings have been murdered interior the call of Christianity. the only element i will say is that a lot of human beings would call themselves Christian yet very few somewhat are "christ-like" this is the definition of the word christian. Is it God's fault that folk over the centuries have abused His words and His call for his or her ungodly purposes? Is the Bible responsible? i do no longer think of so. there'll constantly be undesirable human beings and that they are able to be present day in each faith. in case you study the Bible you will locate that it is the appropriate message of peace. inspite of each little thing it replaced into Jesus who pronounced that we would desire to constantly turn the different cheek if somebody slaps us. It replaced into Jesus who preached that we would desire to constantly love our enemies and that we would desire to constantly bless people who curse us! So it isn't the message, it somewhat is the human beings. Why did Bush start up a conflict yet nevertheless insists on calling himself a christian?? i do no longer comprehend!!! All i will say is that God is love and that our interest as Christians is to permit His love pass by us. we are called to evangelise the coolest information, no longer conflict and violence and not in basic terms with our words the two! strikes communicate louder than words. If each Christian obtainable lived in accordance to the Bible, there would be no opt for so which you would be able to ask certainly one of those question. Please do no longer decide Christianity in basic terms by ability of those around you who insist on preaching to truthfully everybody yet who have not have been given a clue approximately something. examine the Bible and communicate to God. with any luck you will get to comprehend Him individually and likewise meet some good Christians interior the destiny.

I must come to your defense. That is the message that Christians display. If you reject that infinite love, you're going to hell. That seems to be their message.
