If parents treated their children the way God does,there would alot less delinquents & less police involvment, because God is a loving & just God.

This may be your problem.
If you have not been born again by the Word of God then you are not yet a child of God.
You are still dead in your sins and under God's wrath.
If you think things are bad now, just wait.

According to this passage, most of mankind are children of wrath, and are children of God at all.
That is why Jesus said "you must be born again"
