hello !!! missy ----- you gotta exercise ( walking 20 or 30 minutes a day is the best -- do not jog ... it's bad for all your joints and it becomes addictive ) eating a very sensible diet is the way to control your un-wanted anorexia and this will also curb the hunger problem ....... no fried foods ,, no fast food junk ,, nothing white -- bread rice potatoes ____ leaves you with lots of veggies and whole wheat bread and grilled meats -- if you don't have a grill get a ""George Foreman Grill"" counter top cooker and you will be on the road to good health ----- if you have more questions you are welcome to e-mail me for more help .... eat less and live longer ( besides you will be happier with YOU .......

I wouldn't call it hunger, but more of a big appetite. Since you have had anorexia, you would feel more "hungry." A way that you could fight it isask yourself, "Is it really gonna satisfy me if I really need it?" I chew on gum or eat ice when something like this pops up.

If you like spicy food, it's a good idea to make other foods spicy so eating your meal will take more time and you will drink more.
Yay for hot sauce and peppers!
