How? Your drinking more, then gaining more.

You should drink as much water as your body allows. If you FEEL like your drinking too much water, then you probably are. Although it may not be a bad thing. However, if you are not exercising, the excess water is just flushing out needed nutrients.

Drinking water is very healthy, as it helps your body flush out waste and reduces constipation.

To prevent weight gain, you really just need to cut back on your sodium intake. Sodium causes you to retain water.

i weightlift and workout and run everday. so i drink a lot of fluids. while i'm lifting, i carry around a gallon of water to drink.
but of course, im a guy
