can you get the police involved if the exc in charge of the will steal monies collected not put into the est

items to be left to be sold but taken by the exc of the will and no monies were put back in to the estate

The lawer in charge of the will is not returning phone calls. Hum???

The police will consider this a civil matter. See a civil attorney to investigate this for you and file a complaint against the executor if it is needed.
