that doesn't look fake or yellowish. I would just use a tanning bed, but UV fades colors in tats. Any recommendations?

there are a number of good fake tan lotions. i have never had a problem with them looking yellowish or fake. i have used both of these products and have had a great result
the fake bake is a great quality product and the link to this package is a great price it comes with an oil to moisturize and reduce streaking and an exfoliator and the tanning lotion

the sally hansen is a spray that is cheaper than the fake bake and very easy to apply since it's a spray.

Make sure you use a good sunscreen to protect the ink (NoAd in spf 30 is cheap and great!!! I'm pale and swear by the stuff - My doctor actually recommended it to me. Look for it at any grocery or drugstore in big, bright bottles). As for self tanners, Aveeno makes a gradual tanner called "Continuous Radiance" for different skin tones. You put it on like lotion, and the color builds up over several days, so you can stop when you get to the shade you like. There's no streaks and no yellow hands. It's a really natural color. It's also a drugstore item, usually in the lotion section.

-Again, I'm very fair, so you might want a stronger tanner, but definitely protect your tats with a good spf :)

You do not need a tanning lotion - you need sunblock. Protect your tattoos from fading and blurring - they are an investment financially and physically.

i was at a tanning salon the other day and to cover my tats they put a chapstick type on them with high spf. you can just do that and then tan regularly.
