Guys does it really matter if your woman can cook?

In many families it is. The way to my husband's heart is definitely through his stomach. It goes back to his mother showing him love by cooking his favorite things to show him that she loved him. I try to tell him I love him more than cook, though.

I think it does matter that a woman can cook to some degree.
Usually it's the guy that goes to work and the woman stays home (even in our modern times), he doesn't want to come home and have no dinner ready. Ordering food or going out is okay once in awhile, but it gets expensive and unhealthy.
The woman should be able to cook something. It doesn't have to be gourmet, but at least something.
A woman that can't cook sort of implies the woman is kind of dim (can't follow a simple recipe?), maybe a little gold-digging (too good to cook, expect the man to take her out) and lazy (don't want to put in any effort).

Yes it's partly true, the other part is giving your man a lot of attention. They almost always want to be baby-ed a lot. And lets not leave out honesty and loyalty. Hope this helps you.

yes. unless the man is a chef and cooks as his life then men definately appriciate a girl that can whip up something when it comes to the kitchen

Unfortunately yes its partly true. Ever since my boyfriend realized i can cook he is always coming over and it magically coincides with dinner time. Our relationship has also evolved and gotten better

It helps is she can cook. But it isn't a necessity. I'd prefer if she had good credit, a career, and was good in bed. You have those things, and we can get over anything.

yes lpl (man cant take care of himself properly). but if a guy loves a woman it doesnt matter whether she can cook or not.

ABSOLUTELY! My birthday was this past Friday. My girlfriend sent me chocolate covered frozen bananas to work. Then when I got home she surprised me with an awesome seafood dinner and all my favorite foods.
