Confusionism generally concentrates on social structure, morality, ancestors, and the like.
Taoism is concerned with the spiritual approach to attuning to and going with the natural flow of the universe.

No. In fact, they were and are sort of dueling ideologies in China (not dueling in the Northern Ireland protestant-catholic sense). The basic idea of Taoism is that everything is constantly changing, so it is better to just let things happen as they may than to fight it (think of a reed bending with the breeze). Confucianism is more of a rigid structure of rules that, according to it proponents, should govern every aspect of our social behavior. Confucianism has played a major role in the Chinese government for centuries. As philosophies, neither one is theistic.

Lao-Tsu (the founder of Taoism) and Confucius were two different people, who taught different ideas. Lao-Tsu focused on "The Way," or "Tao," by which we travel through existence, while Confucius produced (or was credited with) a wide variety of sayings, insights, and witticisms based on his observations. There is very little overlap in their approaches.
