you wont lose fat this way - that for sure.
you can only lose fat by creating a slight deficit in daily caloric intake. when you deprive your body all you lose is water weight and muscle, slow down metabolism and gain it all back (and keep gaining)
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.

i wouldnt lose no more than 8 pounds if i were you. but it depends on your exercize/eating habits now. cuz if you ate fast food all the time and sat on the cough all day, then you'll def. lose weight. but if you are pretty healthy already, then you might not see a huge improvement - maybe just a little.

you are going to need to eat a little more than 1000 cals a day.... but you will lose weight! how much depends on your body .

well you shouldnt need to lose much weight being at 120 pounds so 10-15 pounds this way should be fine in a month
