It depends. If your're a responsible adult and of legal age, then no. If you're a kid then yes.

If you are under 21 years old yes. You should not be drinking. If you are over21 then it depends on the religious and morale upbringing and if there are alcoholics in your family. If your family has trouble with alcoholism, yes I can understand your father not wanting you to fall victim to it. If your family's religious upbringing forbids the drinking of alcohol, than you should have known he would react this way and not drink when you are in his house. He may have thought you were throwing it in his face.
Drink in your own home or where it is accepted and wait until you are over 21. And do understand the damaging affects of alcoholism.

yes, he is just being a parent... a concerned parent at that. as far as the glaring... well, he could just sit with you and advise you because glaring is not going to make you stop drinking but maybe a piece of advice will. serioulsly you are too young to drink.... why do it?? for showing off purposes?? it's not worth it. Trust me. good luck with that. keep in mind people are known to do stupid things under the influence... ask yourself, DO YOU WANT TO BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE????

If these are loving parents who care for you... yes.. it may mean they've lost some of the trust they had for you.. and that may be scary. They may be wondering what else you're doing.. It would be worse for your parents to ignore it.. you'd end up on some talk show, like Jerry Springer.

I guess that would depend on how you are. If you're not legal age to drink then of course it would be normal
