ummm.. when your talkn to him you always want him to want you... dont put your self out thier.. actuallly yehh kinda in a way you could.. but you have kind of tease after you done talking to him make sure you touch his arm or something...

Perhaps by observation of others you will learn the art of flirtation. -And it can be a little different for each person...
Some girls tune in to a sport the guy they like is interested in, whethr its footballs or cars, whatever, or a particular band. -So its getting to subtly now the guy you're interested in and perhaps, a few of his interests to start a conversation.
Give yourself a little time at this, don't rush it...stand back and watch others in different circumstances...sometimes, that is, the best "teacher" of all...

Just start a conversation with the guy you like and laugh at his jokes. Be friendly and smile a lot. If you want to be really flirty try some physical contact, like pushing him teasingly.

I can't flirt either. I just....can't. What you need to do is don't do anything that you don't want to do. When someone says something, say what you want to say back. Don't try to mask your feelings and be all cryptic. Just be yourself. Try to crack some jokes, and if you want to find a genuine guy, be smart.
And if all else fails, imitate Paris Hilton. :D

there really isnt a way to 'flirt'. i think talking is flirting already. well talking in another way, like i dont know. if you do some gestures while you talk thats flirting. like you flick your hair or something. just dont try to flirt. it just comes naturally.

flirting is something that cant really be taught. it just sortof happens on instinct. you joke around with them alot more than u do anyone else. you pick at them, maybe bump ino them playfully.
