I rarely get sick, haven't been for a couple of years. Good deeds? No, I just try to do what Allah subha'ana wa ta'ala expects out of us all...

A Serious Answer:
I wasn't going to answer this question...it's tough for me.
I have been seriously ill on and off for a few years but getting stronger with some intermittent set backs.
Good deeds? I strive to be a good person, a person with integrity who treats others with respect and kindness...I am human and therefore imperfect in my endeavors to be good but I have found that doing the right thing is very healing physically and mentally.
I changed careers recently from a vanity-driven career...and helping others is proving to be extremely cathartic as well as therapeutic in many ways..a huge step in the path to regaining my health.

Within the past 12 months?
I was ill two times late 2006. During one of those times, I had some type of flu that really knocked me off my feet. Had not felt that since I was a kid.

Maybe I'm jinxing myself, but ever since I retired three years ago-I have not had one sick day. It may have something to do with no longer working in a hospital around a lot of germs and also having a lot of stress. I dont know-I dont care. I like not being sick.

A couple of times, I have allergies that kick up when the seasons change and the drastic changes of going from an airconditioned environment to blistering heat. It itakes it's toll on the sinuses.
