I was always a runner but i stopped running for about a year and a half, enough for my muscles to downsize from being badass to giggley. On the 28th of July, my calf muscles and quads were mush and after running a few miles with my boyfriend's sister on the 29th, my calf muscles and quads are already getting deep cuts like i used to have. What gives? I don't use any enhancers and my hormones are perfectly balanced.

Genetics. You, or at least your legs, are what physiologist call a mesomorph. Your body is simply genetically predisposed to add muscle mass. Consider it a blessing and learn to love it because it is part of you. :-)

Just accept the fact that you were blessed with sexy legs and go on with life. There's nothing wrong with being able to have well defined legs without major effort, you just have good genes and diet. It's just one less thing you'll have to worry about later in life. You and Tina Turner rock...
