Your teeth aren't going to get chipped by eating a crunchy cereal. If you think it's too crunchy, just let the cereal soak in the milk for a while. There are a lot of crunchy cereals I like. Try any of the Cap'n Crunch cereals. Those are good.

Crunchy? Have you tried grapenuts? Now they are mega mega crunchy. I bought a box for the first time ever cos I was told it was healthy, but have lost two fillings as a result. £90.00 for two fillings. Now that aint healthy. Phew... Shan't be eating those again. I have tried the soaking with milk thing and it doesnt with grapenuts. I think they are made of kryptonite. lol.

My grandma who had choppers just loved Grape Nuts. The fiber is good for you. I pretty much stick with some good ( not instant) oatmeal, or Cheerios-like cereal. Crunchy gunks up your teeth.

I prefer my cereal that is softened by milk & not crunchy. (Raisan Bran, Corn Flakes, etc.)

For me, it's all about texture - and soggy cereal is just *icky*. Except raisin bran - it's okay somewhat soggy.
