It depends, it makes you sweat alot so its easier to get dehydrated, but sweating also makes you lose more wieght. good luck:) dieting properly also helps wieght to be lost easier.

No. The reason that some people do this is because they might weight themselves before and after excercising, and find that they lost a lot. But, in reality, the weight loss is just in sweat, which is basically water that will recover the next time you drink something, so really you don't loose weight, but just kid yourself. And also, it's dangerous because you do need to stay hydrated during efforts.
So, just wear the layers you need because of the weather. So, if you start riding really early and it's cold, wear most, but when you start warming up, start to remove some layers so that you're not hot and breathing fine.

All that does is makes you lose water by sweating excessively. You risk the chance of damaging your muscles when exercising while dehydrated. The only way to burn calories is by creating a caloric deficit, meaning you burn more than you take in, which is best accomplished through a sensible balanced diet and adequate exercise.

no thats like the worst thing u can do when exercising. it will just make u dehydrated more and you will probably get heatstroke or something. wear comfortable clothing that breathes

No, it just dehydrates you. Bad idea. Drink more water, wear comfy clothes, eat right, you'll be able to work out harder and longer and therefore get fitter faster.
