Take the plunge...because you will never know if you don't make the effort, will you? People are so afraid of rejection, but without a certain amount of rejection, you can never move on in life really to find your "heart's desire" so to speak.
Were it me, I would stop her in the hall at school between classes rather than make a distant phone call - do it face to face. See if you can't walk her home, meet her at the theater for a matinee, go to the park, ride bikes somewhere and get icecream. You know, nothing fancy, just hanging out.
Remember, the worse anyone can say is no thank you or put you off...then, the message usually becomes clear - they aren't interested. No big deal. Then you move on and meet another who piques your interest...This is life honey, and how you move forward and through it with candor and honesty and most of all, being true to yourself and your feelings.

hi kh 1# approach her in a technical way probaly bounce up on the street.
2# tell her yur intrested that is if she show signs of like.

secretly admiring or stalking?? lol-- i say just call her ask her out and see where it goes from there- you have nothing to lose in this situation- the worst she can do is say no- but who knows she might say yes and yall could hit it off

Don't call her unless she has given you her number because that is just creepy.
Just take it easy, if ytou seee her somewhere introduce yourself, have some small talk. If you hit it off, GREAT, if not, MOVE ON!
