I can't ask a girl out when I first meet her. For some reason I just think thats rude. Is that weird? Am I supposed to ask a girl out the first time I see her? Shouldn't we kinda know each other first?

If by "ask out", you mean "ask out on a date" (like grown ups), not like kids who mean "be my boyfriend/girlfriend," then I think it is fined to ask someone out when you first meet them. Many lasting relationships have started when someone asked the other person out when they first meet them. But if you don't feel comfortable asking someone out on the first meeting, then don't. I'm sure there are plenty of people who feel like you do and would rather get to know each other before dating.

i dont like when guys i just meet who just ask me out because they dont even know me and they probably want to go out with me for my looks so get to know her first
