comments : a clo-test was not preformed.
the histology is suggestive of an aquired MALT which may resolve after antimicrobial therapy for helicobacter.

Hello..
According to your statement you are having Chronic Active Gastritis secondary to Helicobacter Pylori Infection, and Triple therapy has been given for its erradication. Many times it can be associated with lymphoid follicular hyperplasia. It can not lead to lymphoma every time and often subsides once the inflamation is over and Helicobacter is erradicated from the stomach. If there is persistance of the lymphoid hyperplasia it may boil down to lymphoma.
Gastric Lymphoma- which comes under GALT, is curable and needs treatment..which can be both surgercal and chemical(drugs).
There is nothings to worry about except follow your docs instructions. and further more if it subsides you may have to undergo periodic endoscopic proceedures.
Good Luck.
