I found a couple sites, but the prices range from $899 to $1,849. :( Here's the info:
www.scootersfactory.com/mopeds-scooters-50cc-mopeds-scooters-c-5_26.html
This mentions the 50cc LANCE CHARMING 50 Moped Scooter: $999; free shipping; 80-100 miles per gallon gas usage; fully-assembled; free rear storage trunk; chrome engine; anti-theft alarm device; California C.A.R.B.-approved; next shipping available on August 6; colors are in blue, gray, black, pink, and red.
The 50cc LANCE ESPRIT 50 Scooter: $899; free shipping; has a perforated nylon seat; hydraulic ABS disc brake system; and comes in blue, gray, red, and black.

www.gsmotorworks.com/honda_scooter_vs_gsmotorworks_scooters has the HONDA METROPOLITAN 2: $1,849; 49cc; air-cooled, 4 stroke, single-cylinder engine; electric or kick start; CDI ignition; 1.3 gallon gas tank.

You aren't going to get much for $200. Maybe a used Puch moped or old Yamaha Riva which needs parts.

Stay away from the internet Chinese specials. Parts are hard to come by and most shops refuse to work on them.
As for GS Motorworks, Google www.gsmotorworks.com and Sucks and you will see the wonderful things people are saying about them.

If you want to save money, check the local used market. Your local paper, ebay, craigslist.
