oh yeah- the video is actually in the "my pictures" section- probably becuase i took it on my camera

Make a folder whether using the computer or a memory device. Place your presentation and video file in the folder. Then at your presentation, click on Insert at your tabs, then movies, then movies from file. And click which ever one. I forgot what you do after that but it should be easy.

Go to import, movies and sounds, and click on movie from file. Then go to wherever the video is on the file. But be sure if you are going to transfer the presentation to any computer or flash drive, then you must move the video with it.
