If you're regularly paid commission, it depends upon the amount of the commissions. If you're not regularly paid commissions then it's withheld at a statutory 25% unless you request a higher percentage.

If you are an independent contractor, like a Realtor, no taxes are deducted from commission checks. If you are employed with an employer taking taxes, that's different. It would then depend on your overall year to date income.
