Could be, but it's not actually called a reward. It's some kind of compensation thing that either the city or the individual officer, sometimes, gives to those who give information that turns out to be helpful. I don't know how much money we're talking here and I don't know if everywhere does it or where you could go locally to find out.

I don't if there's a reward. but you might get pulled over later and they would recognize you as the good citizen who show them the weed. Who knows might get you out of a ticket.

more than likely not. but wouldn't you rather let the police take care of it rather than let it get on the street.

Probably not. There is usually no reward for reporting such things because it is seen as your obligation to report such activity if you are aware of it.
