Why don't you ask this question of all the presidential candidates? They all claim Christianity.
So how dumb do you have to be to believe that you are actually intelligent? This question answers that question, doesn't it?

I don't think dumb is the right word, there are many apparently intelligent Christians, whatever intelligent is.
I do not think there are many recognised great minds, Einstein for instance, that believe in an external personal God as actualy existing.
I think it probably helps to not have an enquiring mind, if you wish to sustain fundamental Christianity.

Psa 92:6 A beastly man does not know; nor does a fool understand this.
Pro 10:8 The wise in heart will receive commandments; but a babbling fool shall fall.
Pro 12:15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but he who listens to advice is wise.
Pro 13:16 Every wise one deals with knowledge, but a fool lays open his folly.
Pro 14:16 A wise one fears and departs from evil, but the fool rages and is sure.
Pro 17:16 Why is there a price in the hand of a fool to get wisdom, since he has no heart for it?
Pro 18:2 A fool has no delight in understanding, but only that his heart may lay itself bare.
Pro 18:7 A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul.
Pro 23:9 Do not speak in the ears of a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words.
Pro 26:12 Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.
Pro 28:26 He who trusts in his own heart is a fool; but whoever walks wisely, he shall be delivered.
I have lots more....

One needn't be dumb nor need they be wise to know God.
Many Christians have extremely high IQ's some are not intelligent at all. The same applies to all faiths and those without faith. It is not by our wisdom we know God but by God's revelation. God's truth is available to all.

Not at all. There are some intelligent christians. What you need is the desire to search for something better, and to give up that desire when you find something that vaguely fits that desire.
The same is true for all religions.

OK. I'm gonna ask YOU a question.. How dumb do YOU have to be to NOT believe in Christianity?
I mean, come on! God is great! He answers prayer! He sent his son to DIE for our sins! Do you know ANYBODY who does that? He's going to come back one day and take us to Heaven to live eternally in paradise! How do you live without God?
