Lime/garlic/cilantro-marinated carne asada with grilled peppers and onion right beside it. Throw tortillas on the grill when meat/veggies are finished and add home made salsa. Oh, have an ice cold Corona straight from the ice chest ready to go. HEAVEN!

I like all the savory ideas, but don't forget dessert! I have been a pastry chef for 3 years, and one of the best-selling dishes I made was a grilled fruit salad (apples, pears, and peaches), with a side of vanilla ice cream. Holy snaps, its delicious. So add that on to your t-bone, grilled potatoes, and grilled veggies.Oh, and grilled veggies: try grilling asparagus with lemon olive oil, sea salt, black pepper. The grilling totally changes the flavor.

your dinner sounds great. however when i grill a pork loin stuffed with garlic yummy. takes about two and a half hours to cook but well worth it. serve with apple coleslaw, rosemary roasted new potatoes with fire roasted red peppers and fresh mushrooms. for dessert my homemade key lime pie. and of course long island ice tea. my family goes nuts. hope you try this i think you will enjoy it.

Boneless chicken, and for sides I'll have potatos and green beans in one foil packet, baked beans in another. And I don't make the tea on the grill, but you do need it.
