I started exercising about three weeks ago four days per week and my weight went up three pounds and I am still the same size. I exercise about two hours per day including running.

Most likely your just gaining muscle, which in retrospect weighs more than fat.

Muscle weighs more than fat, you should be getting leaner and your clothing should fit better soon.

your fat is probably being replaced with muscle and since muscle weighs more than fat, your weight is going up.
