It's healthy, but most people screw up by eating crackers loaded with trans fats alongside the soup . . .

One-dish diets are boring and difficult to maintain for the rest of your life. It's better to figure out how to eat healthy, cut portion size, and then get twice as much exercise as you used to. This is guaranteed to bring you to your optimum weight within a year or two, and then keep you there.

I have never tried this diet but I have heard alot about it. Yes you will lose weight but you won't keep it off unless you plan on eating cabbage soup for the rest of your life. It isn't all that healthy because basically you are starving yourself of calories. You may end up feeling exhausted as well. Although I don't recommend this diet if you end up going on it be sure to take a multi-vitamin/mineral because you won't be getting the essentials through cabbage.
