I know I know......Another pathetic teenage story. But help me I'm curious to figure this out.

My on/off again boyfriend and me were fighting for 2 weeks and then when we hung out with friends he was all over me and calling me that night and sending me text messages. I still was unsure about him and I didn't want to lead him on if i'm not sure and then at the end of the night he was asking me for a hug.

I told him I was going to Indianapolis and he didn't try to call while I was there. So when I got back I sent him a text asking how his weekend went and he responded quickly saying it was pretty boring. It's now been a few days and he hasn't said anything after I tried to communicate. I don't get it. Why does he back off for a few days? What does he want out of that?

I think you should just wait it out... he could be playing games unintentionally... he could be doing the "guy thing" and not focusing on the girl. I remember how things were when I was a teenager, and all you can really do is play it cool...

If you do your thing, surround yourself with friends, and other guys, you will stop relying on him to be there. I guarantee once you stop analyzing what his every move is and move on with your life, he will start paying crazy attention to you.

Its odd. The minute you get a life, the guy comes crawling. Too bad it stays that way for years to come....

good luck though.

Maybe he doesn't think you like him, ever thought of that stupid woman? If I was him and I wasn't getting any sort of response from you that were interested I would have given up a long time ago. You don't even know if you like him yourself so why do you even give a ****?

Have dates with other people. Remain friends only with him. You two are "on again / off again" for a reason. You will find yourself less stressed.

Good luck.
