I would say, it`s got to be SINGAPORE because they have the best recipe for their instant noodles....tastes better than Chinese and Malaysian noodles!

I would have to say "Best" can not be chosen by us, it would have to be you who chooses what is best to you.
I would have to say though, instant noodles from the Ukraine are phenomenal.
