I will be having a brunch but I dont know the procedure of the reception. I want to know if I need an MC, speeches or toasts etc. I will have a cake. If I need to have these things, what is the order in which I should have them? Thanks for your patience. But I still need help.

For your small reception - ask the best man to announce you and your new spouse. Wait outside the room while everyone is seated with a glass of champagne. Then walk into the room and have your best man say something like "I'd like to introduce my good friends - Mr. and Mrs. _____, let's all raise a toast to them for a long and happy marriage".

Then, traditionally, the best man gives a quick toast (the maid of honor can, also, at this time) and then it's time to eat.

After the meal is served you can cut the cake, dance, whatever...toss the bouquet, if you like. It's really up to you how to do it. Usually though the cake cutting and bouquet toss are towards the end of the reception.

Congrats and good luck!

You don't NEED any of those things. They are traditional, but that doesn't mean you need them
(An MC for a reception of 10? That's just ridiculous)
Have you BM or MoH or parents give speeches or toasts if you want, or have an 'open mic' so anyone can.
Basically, you can do it however you want to do.

If only ten people are invited, you don't need an MC.

Your best man can serve that role if you feel someone need to.
