New Yorkers. Like those in London, Paris, Tokyo, and Berlin, New Yorkers are a breed apart from others in this country.

Depends on what you like. There are tons of great museums: Metropolitan Museum of Art, Musuem of Natural History, the Guggenheim, etc. The Empire State Building is pretty cool, but make sure that you buy your tickets early for that (same goes for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island). Central Park is really beautiful in the daytime. Chinatown is great (you can find some great deals) and so is Little Italy. There are tons of great restaurants (any type of food that you can imagine)! Go to the NYC website for more information (www.nycvisit.com). Have a great trip!
