by the whole clothes thing i mean i thought people might turn around and say that as a answer.

Say to him 'is it true that guy's prefer girls to make the first move?'
if he says yes, then kiss him.
If he says no, say 'well i do' and kiss him.

Kiss is done without taking off clothes babes...it can be done the other way round also...but if your a girl juss give your boyfriend Horny looks...like you are goin to eat him up...play with him ,tease him (do all this in private not in public)...sit very close to him..so close that you can feel his breath and the warmth of his body...if the guy is shy then you have to make the first move...if he is not then he will eat you up...but u should be careful ,dont becum so horny that u land up in sum big trouble...Stay in the present while kissig...dont get urself involved too much...

Something that always works for me is tickling. Yes, somewhat childish sounding, but it allows you to touch the other person in a non-threatening manner and it's playful enough to where if they don't like it (i.e., don't want you to touch them), they'll just say so and you're not embarassed by an unmistakable gesture, like leaning in for a kiss, etc. If they do like it, they'll tickle you more and more until you're both in positions where a kiss just seems inevitable.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU THINK YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CLOTHES OFF TO KISS SOMEONE. PEOPLE HAVE THEIR FIRST KISS (IN LIFE AND WITH THE NEW LOVE) EVERYDAY WITH THEIR CLOTHES ON! BUT I THINK YOU SHOULD JUST LET IT HAPPEN AND DO NOT PLAN IT, BECAUSE IT WILL GO WRONG AND BOTH OF YOU WILL FEEL LIKE IDIOTS!

If the person is -quite- close to you, just kiss him/her lightly on the cheek... I guess he/she will kiss you back, maybe passionately later. :)
