My dog is drooling...?

Question

I have a 9 month old german sheperd/pit bull. And she is drooling all of the sudden. She has never done this before. Its not like foam drool or anything its just...slime. But she seems to do it when she is sleeping. She is inside all day with air conditioning, so i dont think she is too hot. But anyone have any idea what this is or could be?

She seems like she is acting fine to. She is eating and playing still...

if it's only when she's sleeping, it's common for any dog to have 'dreams' and drool. everyone does it when sleeping, even a tiny bit because we cannot control ourselves. lol.

pit bulls have jowls. all dogs with jowls will slime and drool. it isn't anything to worry about. just keep a towel handy all the time. my sis had an english setter who would constently do this. some breeds just have issues we have to deal with.

This is very common especially in young dogs. Usually, i would say she is teething or hot, but if it is during sleep, she is probably just dreaming/regularly sleeping like humans do.

She could be teething. She is still young enough to be getting teeth. Does she also chew a lot? That is a good sign of teething. She should grow out of it. Or you could just have a drooler on your hands.

okay they drool because they are some times hungry or they are verry thursty or take it to the vet so they can stop it or if u berly bought the dog then it will stop eventually

Have the vet look her over, she might have a dental problem or something stuck or.......
