go help the less fortunate; an animal shelter, volunteer ; library ; raise money for a cause; the only way to cure this is to fill yourself up with love ; start with not always looking in the mirror about your needs but help others who can't help themselves but you can help them; you get weeds if you don't tend a garden; the world is in need of assistance and people , animals less fortunate could use a friend ; no better to make a heart grow less lonely than to use it for others

u know everyone has gone through a phase in which they feel lonely and think about suicide..as you haven't given us a lot of details i can't really tell you what to do. The only advice i can give u is to go to a good psychiatrist (they are NOT expensive if u consider that ur depressed and unhappy)who can really tell you what the source for all your negative thoughts are, analyze your problem . because the only way you can find true happiness is by working really hard and suicide is definetly not an option because who wants to die lonely, if they can have a happy and fullfilling life! If u ever need someone to spill ur heart out to u can write me anytime good luck!

Depression. Are you on meds? If not see a doc/therapist. I feel like this and have done for many years even tho i have a son and many friends. Negative thoughts breed negative life patterns. It's a hard, sad and lonely time without help, support and advise and you'll end up despairing like i sometimes do which can lead to suicidal thoughts or actions. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Seek help from the RIGHT people. Those who understand and you feel comfortable talking to. Good Luck. :) x

If you are suicidal get help now. If not, there are things that you can do to try to feel better. These are probably the things that you do not want to do right now. You can call a friend, go for a walk, do sometomething special for yourself, do something you enjoy. These can be really difficult to do while depressed, but can really help. Medication and therapy are also options. Don't give up.. there is hope.

That's because:
1. You have much more free time than you need.
Reduce your free time by doing something that cuts down your excessive attention to yourself.
2. You are not tired enough physically for deep sleep. Good sleep helps mental health. Make yourself have to work or exercise and you will feel much better and have good sleep.
3. You have no realistic goal in your daily life. Purposely set a goal for yourself and try to achieve it. People with no goal in life are very easy to fall into depression. That's why people with much free time and enough money easily get depressed.

you need to seek help and to change you lifestyle. Get out and do SOMETHING. The number one cure for depression is exercise. Go to the gym or the Y and swim, lift some weights, jog. Start getting out and meeting people. Walk in the park, smile at people you pass on the street, get a hobby, ride a bike, just do SOMETHING. And seriously, talk to a councilor or a doctor. You aren't alone in your problems, help is available, just take the first step. Now, today.

dont end your life plz. this will hurt everyone around you, your parents and relatives. if you are really in need of desperate help you need to talk to somebody whether it be your mom, dad, uncle, aunt or even a psychiatrist. committing suicide isnt a way to deal with your problem. running away from problems isnt good or healthy. face your problem straight on.

o also, you might have a chemical imbalance in your brain causing you to feel depressed. this is a real disorder and your symptoms are the same a one who is depressed. talk to your doctor about some help.

Loneliness & excessive thinking are both symptoms of the same cause.

It's happening because you're resisting life as it is. My advice is this....

Sit for 30 minutes each day and allow everything in your life to be just as it is, without resisting it.

At first.... this meditation is going to feel like it isn't working and is very difficult.

Soon though.... joy and happiness and gratitude will be your predominant mood.

All you have to do is say YES to what is, instead of NO.
