Like Ron Paul?!! i just found out about Paul yesterday through a question in Y!A. Ron Paul is against illegal immigration and anything that will favor the illegals. i read about him too. in my view, he is a hero and the hope i have been looking for! Because he isn't really all that interesting.

Just goes to show you, it's all about how big your wallet/purse is. It is a shame, the elites want Dr. Paul to be swept under the rug. It was bad enough when Kennedy was in office printing U.S.Notes (bankers didn't like that) Just as Abe L was printing the Greenbacks. The media is owned and must be paid well.
Does it really matter if everyone voted Ron Paul, The voting machines are rigged anyhow. Hillary has been to those secret meeting with her hubby Bill, just like the rest of the scum bags!
I will vote Ron Paul in '08' although I feel its rigged

A lot of people are getting turned off by all the morons Spamming Ron Paul's name and URL all over the place.

You THINK you're "Getting the word out" but all you're really doing is making Ron Paul look like a moron who needs brain dead Spammers to prop up his popularity.

The endless Ron Paul Spam means the masses will take him LESS seriously, as subconsciously people are categorizing him along with Viagra ads and Nigerians who need to move $5 Million to the US.

I personally think he's the best candidate the Republicans have offered, but despite this, I've come to cringe every time I see his name online. It's the same reason I can never take any Hoodia product seriously, I've seen far too much Spam about it to think of it as more than a joke.

That's a great question! I'm also wondering why a candidate that I hear about so much on the Internet (where I get most of my news) is completely absent on TV and the newspapers. I mostly watch the local news and FOX news when I flip through the channels, but never a peep about Dr. NO!

I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that it's a conspiracy, but other lesser known candidates at least get mentioned! I think this highlights how bad of a service our sources of news are delivering. Luckily we have the net to help get information that isn't so easily available for whatever strange reason.

BTW, I'm not some crazy Ron Paul fanboy that many people have been claiming on here are artificially boosting his web presence. I don't agree with all of his positions, but I find him a breath of fresh air compared to other condidates. Most politicians dance around questions and only offer vague soundbites, he actually answers questions honestly and straight forward. Even if you disagree with what he is saying, he deserves credit for being real, something that hasn't happened in politics in a VERY long time.

International Relations Coordinator Robyn Broughton says His Holiness really wanted to interact with staff and students. As the capacity of St David is limited to 500 people, it was decided to run a competition to choose which staff and students can attend – asking what question they would ask the Dalai Lama. The competition closes on Friday 19 April, but Mrs Broughton says there has been a fantastic response already from staff across the campus. “We have had entries from across the board,” she says. “Right from PhD students to senior management.” And the questions cover a spectrum of topics too. “There are quite a few around how to achieve balance in a busy life, quite a few around His Holiness’s thoughts around the role of tertiary education for young people, some around how to stay positive, someone has asked ‘If you could be an animal, what would you be?’, another has asked ‘What is your favourite childhood memory?’.” The final questions to be put to His Holiness will be selected by the national organiser of the Dalai Lama Trust, but Mrs Broughton believes there will be mix of serious and more light-hearted questions. Professor Mark Henaghan of Law will facilitate the session and put the questions to him.

Ron Paul is a serious threat to the international Military/Industrial/Banking and Media Cabal/Complex. Dr. Paul wants to close all US military bases not in THIS country (that's 755 in 115 countries). Ron wants to withdraw all troops from Iraq and Afghanistan NOW and stop all unilateral interventionist policies. President Paul WILL abolish the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank which charges US interest on every Dollar they print and also controls the Interest rates. As President Ron Paul will dismantle the CIA and call an end to the failure known as the "war on drugs".

The international banking globalism cabal makes MONEY and gains POWER from every one of those enterprises mentioned. In other words Dr. Ron Paul has a whole different definition of a "New World Order" than the ELITIST SOB's that have owned this government since they assassinated JFK.

I have read some of the things he stands for and it seems to be just the kick in the **** this country needs. however, everyone is saying he can't lead and he's a crackpot. Then his supporters say he's being sabotaged-which i tend to believe because i'm paranoid. i am going to keep my eye on him. he's the only one who has definitive stances on the issues that are close to my heart. He'd end this national ID card bullsheet and of course, the illegal immigration. I think he's the last politican who still owns his soul.

You have to understand that 'ANY' type of advertising costs big money, and that's what elections are all about advertising a person & not a product.

Since the very wealthy industrial military complex {big business} is getting rich, they want more of the same-o, same-o, that we have today and they contribute 'huge' amounts to the candidates they've endorsed as 'front runners'.

Ron Paul, on the other hand is backed by the huge masses of everyday people who are disgusted with the way things are being run politically in the USA, & around the world by the USA.

Therefore you have the honest hard working masses facing off against the rich elite, for the first time, in a long time. {Andrew Jackson???}

Ron Paul is best for the country!,,,,,,,,,The rich elite line their own pockets at every chance.

One other very sad comment:
The rich elite have infiltrated the American schooling system to teach their own brand of political economics to the students, who don't get passing grades unless they agree to the educational propaganda being taught.
Thank you.

I have read some things about him and they are pretty great as well as the answers above me. I like his idea of return to gold based dollar and a real economy instead of all the games and dying middle class.
additionally being ignored by media means he must be doing something right. The media ignored any rational antiwar information in the lead up to the war. Clearly the media whether you think its left or right is biased toward something in an overall sense. He seems a little boring and given the american addiction to things that are flashy he may get squashed.

Because as you know the tenticles of Washington grasp anything and everything to do with National Media Coverage.

Globalists control everything, they have to in order to make their agenda work.

You don't see Dr. Ron Paul anywhere because that is how the globalists want it. They only showcase cadidates that are on board with their One World Government and North American Union.

Ron Paul is against the Patriot Act, The Iraq War and the North American Union. So the Globalists in Washington have asked the media to ignore him in the hopes that he just goes away.

To bad they haven't been able to shut down the Internet (yet)

90% of Ron Paul's support comes from Blogs, Youtube and other various websites.

Anyone who is for keeping our Nation free and the Constitution intact will be voting for him.

He is the only candidate that plans to close the border as soon as he is elected.

Too bad Mexico Government - no North American Union with the United States - we don't want your scum and drugs in our Nation any more than they already are.

One only needs to look at the poverty and the lack of jobs in Mexico to see that America needs to keep its borders closed

Keep your uneducated cheap labor workers and your stupid cheap made Mexican products!
