expiditied? Do you mean extradited? Then yes. It all depends on what the agency that has the warrant wants to do. It is possible that there is a distance restriction to the warrant.

The following is assuming you mean extradited:

If a warrant is issued for you arrest it will show active to all agencies if entered into NCIC. In the state of Kansas not all warrants are submitted to NCIC and in addition to our local system we have a state only notification system for alerts and warrants.

Typically after a warrant is issued the agency where the warrant is held will determine what is a reasonable distance to travel if the offender is picked up to bring them back to their facility. As an officer in the field if I run you in the field and you show an active warrant a hit confirmation is sent to the originating agency.

Basically what that entails is a message we are out with your subject with a warrant, how do you want us to proceed. Often unless it's a serious crime when dealing with out of states warrant we will be instructed to obtain current whereabouts and allow the person to continue on their way.

Expedited means to move quickly.

Extradited means to have one jurisdiction claim an interest, and have you transferred to their custody.

Assuming you mean extradited, yes -- any state with a valid warrant for your arrest can request extradition to any other state. See Article IV of the Constitution.

You better believe it. I recently has a state extradite a woman I stopped for speeding for a warrant on illegal fishing with a $100.00 fine. It took her 12 days of custody and jail transfers to get her to the jurisdiction.

If there is a warrant sworn out for your arrest and the judge presiding the extadition decided to, the answer would be yes.
