I think you meant the immigration (I-94 for non citizens) and customs declaration form (CF-6059)? That's not TSA, that's ICE. Sorry I don't know if they post those forms online.

You will be given these forms at the Airport and in Flight by the airline you are traveling before your flight lands.

I don't know what specific form you're looking for but the link is below. Airlines usually give out the forms upon arrival anyway. But you should print one out just in case.
