Hi! I'm trying to lose weight. Normally I'm awake by 7:00 AM and doing my cardio by 8:00 AM. Today I slept in until noon and I was wondering if I should eat more food to make up for my missed breakfast and if I should I still eat 1200-1500 calories?

No, just keep in mind that your metabolism is faster in the morning, and then it starts slowing down in the afternoon.

No, you should eat less calories, because you weren't up burning off calories to begin w/.
