Does your arm know that you don't like it?? Is it having self esteem issues?? You shouldn't let it know that you have other favorite body parts... it will feel badly.

Well I guess that is OK if you do not want to show your arm. No one will care there just to let you know. You will need the appropriate dress code to the gym.

I would suggest, indoor shoes (Not mark able if you can), Track pants, Sweet pants, As for a shirt you are better to go for short slave that will cover your arm although your fore arm will be showing a bigger size my help cover more of your arm.

Do not go in with

jeans, and a long slave shirt, Sweater, so on. The usually frown upon that. After all it dose violate their dress code. other then that gyms are not the picky what you ware, also only indoor shoes do not ware shoes that you have use out side.

if you feel uncomfortable you can just wear a baggy tshirt. It will keep you cooler than a sweatshirt and will help hide your arms. also, don't feel too bad, remember if people are at the gym it's because they're trying to improve something about themselves too! i used to be self conscious also but when you're working out all the adrenaline makes you forget that and you just have a good time! kudos for taking a step to improve your health and life!

If you do not like your arms then wear a sweat shirt. That will get very hot if you are doing a cardiovascular workout. I don't think anyone will be paying any attention to your arms. Everyone doesn't like something about their body, but it doesn't mean you need to cover it up.

I would go with an somewhat oversized T-shirt (ie 1 size larger than you would wear). That will hide enough of your arms, but you will still fit in with what everyone else is wearing.

Wear something you will be comfortable to work out in.
