My hair is about shoulder length and brunette. Side bangs also. I just want the highlights but have no idea what kind she has and I want the curls. Can anyone help me?

you will need lots of layers
1.blowdry your hair straight
2.after its dry put in some volumizing moose [if your hair is limp like mini]
3. seperate your hair into 3 sections
4. get a large 1 1/2 inch curling iron and start curling the bottom layers from the back
5. use extra hold hairspray and spray the curls
6. curl the top layer of hair with a 1 inch curling iron
7. gently seperate your curls and finger-comb your hair
8. spritz with lots of hairspray

I'd suggest going to the hair salon and show them a picture of Miley's hair. Then they will probably give you the highlights and perm you're hair.
If you want to do it your self, you should buy light light brown hightlights and put that in you're hair. To curl it, mist it with hairspray then curl it with a curling iron. Good Luck!

Well I seeyour not interestedin growing your hair out, so for curls just use a curling iron or take some moose and scrunch your hair to make it wavy also.

i use a great product called totally twisted by herbal essences. even if you have slightly curly hair it will look like you spent hours curling by iorn. trust me it really works. and if you don't have curly hair at all, you can just curl it in your hands! get the shampoo and conditioner though. the scrunching gel never worked for me and the mousse made my hair crunchy...

I think you should be happy with who you are and how you look. Don't try and look like someone your not you will only be unhappy with it later on and want to change back to yourself

buy a wig. lol. uhh... i'm guessing u mean her natural hair. try growing ur hair out and getting it in layers and perhaps a perm.
