I need to get you some scripture references. Bottom Line answer: No one CAN know for sure.
Matthew 24: 36-39 No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothng about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.\
Matthew 24:43-44 (NIV) But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
Mark 13:35-37 Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back - whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!'
"For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. "
(Luke 21:35)\\
Isaiah 29:5-6 (NIV) But your many enemies will become like fine dust, the ruthless hordes like blown chaff. Suddenly, in an instant, 6 the LORD Almighty will come with thunder and earthquake and great noise, with windstorm and tempest and flames of a devouring fire.
Malachi 3:1 (NIV) "See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, will come," says the LORD Almighty.
Luke 12:39-40 (NIV) But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him."
2 Peter 3:10 (NIV) But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.
Revelation 3:3 (NIV) Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.
Revelation 16:15 (NIV) "Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed."

No one really knows anything about when he'll come.
People have been guessing he would come since the day he left.
But I think he is more likely to come when the world is on the brink of destruction.
The signs of near destruction :
Global environmental catastrophe.
Middle east crisis
Nukes ready to fire when people least expect it
The Jews have returned to Israel when God clearly kicked them out.
So I say its soon.

Jesus is always with us. Remember the trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). So, He may not be here in the physical form, but He sure is with us all the time as the Holy Spririt. As far as the second coming, no one knows when He will be back. It is for Him to decide when the time is right.

My buddy, named Jesus, is coming over in about 10 minutes, to eat lunch with me, and we're going out for ice cream later this afternoon with the kids. Why, did you want to know - did you want to come with us?

My guess is around the same time my deceased grandfather is coming back. Never. That's what death does to a person. If Jesus ever existed, he was just a man and is long dead and gone.

I don't think he ever left. I see Him everyday. I don't know when we are all leaving. I would guess when God says so. It has always been that way. God says go we go. God say stay we stay. Just enjoy the blessings of the day and the promises of tomorrow.
Yours in Christ,
Miss Mona

Not a single soul knows when Jesus is going to come, not even his angels know. But he will come.
