I know you can get a bruise from hitting a certian spot on the body hard enough. And I also know that bruises are the result of blood pooling under the skin. Well at the moment I have about 20-30 bruises from head to toe. I have no idea where I got the from. I am not hitting myself constantly, I am not very active, and I have no one around me that beats me. What else causes bruises? It is my diet? Is it from taking too much asprin? Is it a vitamin defficany? Why am I getting all these bruises? Please someone help me.

Aspirin waters down blood; so any small bruise will be larger than without aspirin. Bruises you might not normally notice would be very noticeable then!
That said: you might be very active in your sleep which could cause bruises, although that seems a bit unlikely.

Have you always had many bruises? If not, I'd put it down to the aspirin and stop taking it for a while and see what happens. If you've had it all your life then you just might be prone to them. There are conditions that cause this.

If it's recent and won't go away after a week without aspirin I'd consult a doc. When in doubt, always consult a professional and not Yahoo! Answers.

It can be a combination of things, Aspirin thins the blood and makes it easier to bleed. Low iron (anemia) also leads to bruising easily. Take a good multi vitamin with iron, cut out the aspirin, use tylenol as directed (too much also causes serious problems) If it continues, check with your doc, you may have blood disorders that need attention.

some people bruise easily because of the capillaries pop easier this may be because of a vitamin defficany or maybe because you aren't active could be another reason there is really not a much to be worried about

You may have low iron and may be anemic. It also could be a vitamin deficiency. Go to your doc and see what he/she says.
